PRE TODDLER
GYMNASTICS
Our pre toddler gymnastics program is best suited to 10 months to 2 years old children. It is a playful introduction to our toddler gym class, where show our little ones basic shapes, basic movements, basic apparatus moves and dance with music. The main goal of this class is helping our children towards their first steps of a body awareness. The key of success is having fun in the class - everything possible will be done to have a good time while learning new skills.
A first class is always completely new to any young child. It takes time for them to familiarize with the type of skills we learn. They will need your full involvement to help them to a good experience. Coming back weekly will give them recognition and confidence, as we repeat and improve the same exercises and build on them. Be happy with as much or as little your child does during their first few sessions. As long they enjoy coming back, they will be able to do more every time. Young children are usually most excited about using apparatus. We use different equipment each week.

Note book (for administration and stickers & stamps as rewards after each class - children love it, remember to bring it)
What to wear:
Dress lightly in breathable clothing that allows bending freely and lifting legs. Wear removable extra layers when necessary. Long hair must be tied up or clipped away from face for both lessen distraction and minimizing sweating.
