• Former international rhythmic gymnast, member of the Hungarian Team. Multiple Hungarian Champion, Hungarian Cup Holder, 11th at the World Championship in Paris 1994 as member of the Hungarian group

• University of Physical Education, Budapest - Recreation Management and Health Promotion BSc

• USA Gymnastics - Gymnastics instructor

• American Council on Exercise (ACE) - Group fitness instructor

 

Coaching creeds:

Coming from a sport oriented family, being active is part of my life since my birth. To be able to give my best at all areas of life and cope with challenges, pursuing regular workouts and activities is essential to me. I grew up in the world of competition sport, I have a very different approach how to be healthily active however. Everyone has to find some form of activity that switches them off from every day life while taking part. Activity habits may change time to time, enjoyment is a crucial part, its level needs to be kept up. We have to actively seek and follow what we enjoy doing in our free time. If your workout is so motivating that you can’t wait for your next session then the impact of the muscle work will be much less bothering to you. This way you can gradually improve your fitness level, strength, flexibility, balance etc - while bringing color to your life.

 

What to expect from me:

Due to my competition background perfectionism is present in my coaching method. I aim to have a fun atmosphere and see smile on everyone’s faces while making them work hard, learning new skills and improving abilities. I do my best to see happier faces after my classes than before.
