MOMMY AND ME GYMNASTICS
During this class you are working together with your young child. It's mostly a mommy workout, using your baby as your weight. The older, more independant children are going to have options to join us in exercising. Our main goal is to gather together and get fitter after giving birth without having to leave our young child behind. We aim to have a fun atmosphere and a child safe environment, while we are making steps getting back to shape and give our baby their first gym experience. We are focusing on strengthening our abdominal area, apart from that toning and stretching other body parts will vary each class. We use music during our session. You are welcome to join us with your baby under 2 years.
Age: Moms with 0 to 2 yrs old children

Note book (for administration and stickers - older children love it, remember to bring it)
What to wear:
Dress lightly in breathable clothing that allows bending freely and lifting legs. Wear removable extra layers when necessary.
