Importance of communication

Dear Moms and Dads,

I kindly ask you once again, in case your child cannot attend a class that she / he is registered to, please notify me about it. I really respect your time and I expect the same from you. Assuming it won’t do anything if you don’t notify me about isn’t an effective way of communication. I would like to avoid sitting in the park by myself when nobody is coming. I had to face it last week at a class with 7 children registered. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation to provide you a better a service!
